I thought that fdo68963.doc only existed in the 4.5 tree. That file did not need to be deleted.
P.S. I have not been able to figure out how to remove a file from a commit if I add it accidentally. If I do a "git commit -a" and get an unintended file, how do I amend the commit to "ignore" the file? (That is what happened here.)
