I have seen this when I had messed the source tree. I suggest to try:
make clean
make -C dmake clean
rm -f solenv/*/bin/dmake*
and do the ./autogen.sh/make again.
Please, let us know about the result, so we could integrate the patch
for the original problem.

I doubt that it is related to the dmake problem.
