Hum, so - as long as this is complete it would work. The problem is
that themes are created in a stacked way, so if any single theme
implements a translated icon - and we don't want that - we have to
clobber it.
So - there is a risk that we actually needs some of those because
default_images/ has them - did you test in French eg. ?
