The patch looks correct. Finally I learned what url_transfer.htm is used for. :) However, why don't we remove this lame help text while we are at it? It refers to Hyperlink bar which was removed. Also, it explains how to copy & paste an URL which it trivial. I would like to remove the Telnet option, the Web target button (which invokes url_transfer.htm) and the Document target button (which is there by mistake, I think) from the Insert -> Hyperlink -> Internet panel. Any objections?
