The refactor now works for me with two passes: 1. using only COMPILER_PLUGIN_TOOL= myplugin for rewrite only the .cxx files 2. using COMPILER_PLUGIN_TOOL=myplugin UPDATE_FILES=all for end the refactor rewriting the .hxx files
