No. When someone is trying to build on Mac, all you need is
* XCode (with 10.4u SDK)
* nothing else when using --disable-mozilla
compile and install git& ccache from source - that's all.
Only when you build mozilla/seamonkey you need libIDL and its
dependencies (gettext, glib+pkg-config for ease of compiling)

What part of the Mozilla code base are we using? i have a mac with
10.6.7 and i found it curious that just to get a compile going i would
need to use the switch mentioned above.
