Alternatively, you might keep your branding locally and use --with-intro-bitmap=/path/to/your/intro.bmp --with-about-bitmap=/path/to/your/about.bmp It worked in the libreoffice-3-3 branch. It is still supposed to work even in libreoffice-3-4 branch.
