Only one en_US build is needed and the corresponding sdf.
I tried to build a key ID build but it did not work as expected. So I
need to debug it a bit. It cannot be built out of the box at the
moment I'm afraid. So others, please don't waste your time on it, I'll
try to find out how to make a working key ID build.
