Hi Laurent, Thanks for ur reply.
Yes i have seen JODConverter. It needs Open office software to be installed in the developement environment. And Even Open Office is licensible. I need any free (GPL License is enough) converter to use in our application. As is see LibreOffice is a GUI like Microsoft Word to manipulate doc, and all microsoft docs and convert it into .pdf,.html ..... Can i use any jars or any thing of libre office to use in my application. As u suggested to use open office api i need open office org to be installed as a service running on some port right. i need similar functionality with Libreoffice. ------------------------ Hi same api as OOo have a look at http://api.openoffice.org/http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Extensions for you problem, you may have a look at jodconverterhttp://www.artofsolving.com/opensource/jodconverter HTH laurent On Fri, Apr 15, 2011 at 8:04 AM, Pavan Kumar <pavan.wps...@gmail.com> wrote: > Hi all, > > We have a requirement for converting .dot to .doc in our application. > I checked LibreOffice Website for any command line tool or any stand alone > support , api support to include libreoffice in our application thru java. > But i am unable to find.
