This change fixes https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=32810 If I understand correctly Takao font is used by several Linux distros as the default Japanese UI font, so getting that font recognized properly is pretty important. The change is pretty simple and IMO non-intrusive.
