For some reason git fetch from my linux machine's repository didn't fetch any of the new objects I'd fetched on it. I used git config to repoint at the freedesktop repositories and did an update and it is currently still compiling so hopefully all will go well. Here's the errors I had and how I worked around them to get the build happening: 16. Got this warnign but not an error: cygwin warning: MS-DOS style path detected: C:/cygwin/home/Steve/libre/libo Preferred POSIX equivalent is: /home/Steve/libre/libo CYGWIN environment variable option "nodosfilewarning" turns off this warning.
