This should be File->Templates->Organize. A quick hack to the the UI from some code is to dig out the resource ids, e.g. there's a use of TEMPLATE_SHORT_NAMES_ARY in there, and grep/opengrok for that to find what text is in there, e.g. "My Templates", "Business Correspondence", etc. You'll find those strings listed in File->Templates->Organize.
