Hello,
After several tests, it seems the ccache version of Debian testing,
3.0.1-1, was the problem.
I use now the version 3.1.3-1 of unstable repository, it works.
Now I wonder if it could be useful to use the git version of ccache.
Sorry for the useless noise.
