What do you think about that? I would go for something ruling all the apps as we will need to change/improve the UI for the protection in Writer as well... I'm more the Writer dev than the calc one ;) On the Writer protection field we also need to have different protection levels to allow either: 1/ the modifications of only the formatting 2/ the modifications of the fields values The last one is currently an ugly hack when importing doc files with that feature and we may want to have some UI for LO on that.
