Similar problem. There's a dir in your solenv with something like solenv/bin/modules/Digest (this is from memory of a week or two ago) which was added and then removed, so the rsync left stale files in solenv. try rm /home/projects/build/build/libreoffice-3.2.99.2/solenv/bin/modules/Digest/* and just run the ooinstall line again.
