When I start 32-bit LO master 7.5+ on Win11 I only get application error
0xc0000142. 64-bit master works. I tried both install and parallel run.
Not sure this is LO bug. That error is frequent for Win 10/11, with some
general remedies. Still, worth to check and keep here.
