Reproducible with LO 7.1.2.0.0+ built at home under Ubuntu 18.04 x86-64.
It works as expected with keyboard layout Français (AltGr+O -> ø) and does not
work with Français (variante) (AltGr+O -> œ), Français (variante obsolète) and
Français (azerty).
