Description:
Insert table and chart sometime disabled in toolbar after certain steps
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Click insert chart button in toolbar
3. Press ESC and ESC quickly after insertion to deselect (assuming sidebar
being enabled and expanded (so chart stuff gets loaded
4. Press CTRL+Z
5. Repeat the dance.. it's kind of wrong timing topic.. the sidebar not fully
initialized or so and never finishes properly causing the toolbar to get stuck

Disabled buttons without reason
Expected Results:
Not so
Reproducible: Always
