Bug still exists in LO 7.2.0.0.alpha0+
(476bc04e6a9cde9b7424f118d6ef9422975be84a).
Since it was never okay, setting earliest version to 3.3.0 (Inherited from
OOo).
The following commit in 4.2 resulted in the current layout, before that the
text in the text box was in a single line.
