Show page width as read only field in Column field table tab
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Insert a table
3. Table -> Properties
4. Column Tab
Actual Results:
Columns adjust to column size.. Dialog is opened at last state.. So maybe I
want to adjust the table size, but I need to no the 'original size' first..
As there is still plenty of room.. Remaining space of XXX out of YYY
Expected Results:
Remaining space of XXX out of YYY
