The idea is as everywhere (excl. Paragraph, Text and Table Panel) else to have
left labels and right drop down widget with a preview.
In 6.4 we had already the LineStyle dropdown widget and also the Start and
Endline Style dropdown widget. Would it be possible to use the 6.4 layout. Than
we only have to update Line width and color widget.
