Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download attachment 166816
2. Insert -> Image ->
3. This image is rotated. Would you like to rotate it into standard
orientation?
4. Press YES -> wait
Actual Results:
Rotating is slow
Expected Results:
Fast
Reproducible: Always
