I somewhat repro per steps (and not for attachment).
In 7.1:

yes, still "Page 0 of 2 for the landscape page" but not clear why this would be
wrong when we just told it to start from 0?
I change to NeedInfo for an explanation what's the bug here.
Note that weird counting of page break is another issue .
