I retract my statement (which was based on experience from Feb. 2020).
Nothing redundant in its present behavior.

The Navigator help page should now match the current Navigator (including a
note that context menus are different for each category). From there, it should
be easier to see how/where to introduce this information about the Heading
context menu, as requested (i.e., comment 8 is still valid).
