LibreOffice has no established native support for XPS/Open XPS (see bug 61195);
and Microsoft has deprecated their PDF work alike--dropping their Reader, and
hiding the XPS Viewer app from Windows 10.
Ghostscript XPS will parse the result. But there also, MS XPS Document Writer
virtual printer does not produce viable URL/UNC.
IMHO => NAB; and likewise => WF for enhancement.
