For me, GS64 no longer has the "nested chapter names" problem as initially
reported, but has a different problem -- the first-level section names (like
"Introduction" and "Choosing options for all of LibreOffice" shown in the
screenshot) are not included in the PDF bookmarks at all.
Should I file a new bug?
