This report is motivated by bug 108007, which notes that it is difficult to use
help to find out how to change page margins (e.g., as a new user).
Here are some illustrations, with suggestions for simple concrete improvements.
1. Search in index with "margins"
Result:
GLOBAL
margins -- pages
margins -- shadows
WRITER
page margins on rulers
margins -- setting with the mouse
adjusting page margins and cell widths
paragraphs -- indents, margins and columns

2. Search in index with "page margins"
Result:
WRITER
page margins on rulers
adjusting page margins and cell widths
------------------
3. Search in index with "changing"
Result: "changing -- margins" does not appear.

Problems:
1. Searching for "page margins" should also show "margins -- pages".
(This may possibly give a solution to bug 108007 )
2. Searching for "Changing" should have a "Changing -- margins" index item.
Maybe that is enough to resolve bug 108007, or if that bug is followed and
a special page is made, then it should link there.
Additional problem:
3. The help page linked to "adjusting page margins and cell widths" does not
discuss "cell widths"
