I don't repro this, I can play sound in Win with LO 6.4 and LO 7.1+ both in
presentation and from slide, using play control in sidebar.
Please explain, what's exact bug for you. Looks like enhancement request to
have control on the media, not using sidebar.
While MSO video is clear, I don't get that media control in MSO 2016.
