ODF is OK, the "draw:fill" problem is solved in the meantime. So I have removed
block 108198.
The problem is, that the image is still referenced in the style, although
draw:fill="none" is set. Same happens with a previously set fill color, only
that has no such effect on file size.
Tested with Version: 7.1.0.0.alpha0+ (x64)
