I have just tested inserting a date and time field using LibreOffice 7.0.0.3
installed on a Toshiba laptop 32bit running Windows 10.
Changing format on a Date or Time field works perfectly.
Conclusion - this appears to be a macOS problem.
Can someone investigate and produce a fix for the bug in macOS.
