Description:
I think I need to separate this bug from previously reported in the Bug 131051.
Calc chart works well when data changed. The chart will update automatically,
however, it fails to response when user only change the data format.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.select data set and make a bar chart
2.change one cell format
3.
Actual Results:
Chart did not change, i.e. only format change will not trigger chart update.
Expected Results:
Chart should update to data format change, as well as data change itself.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
