If so, then please mark this as a DUPLICATE of that bug.
If not, then please provide more details :
Version of mysql database server ?
Version and type of ODBC/JDBC driver or native connector ?
What kind of forms you have and how they retrieve information from the bound
database (query, view, or directly bound to a table) ?
Any subforms ?
