Thanks for reporting this issue. Unfortunately I agree with Mike Kaganski here,
it doesn't describe a single issue that can be fixed, instead, we have already
10 bugs with a lot of literature but nothing specific.
I'm sorry but I'm going to close this issue as RESOLVED INVALID.
Please, create a follow-up bug, with simple steps to reproduce the problem. If
the file has different issues, please report each of them in a different bug.
