Because the text direction is bottom to top (nPropVal == mso_txflBtoT),
//Writer can now handle vertical textflows in its
//native frames
//Writer will handle all textflow except BtoT
so we cannot do aInfo.bReplaceByFly = true;
Therefore, it does not try to ConvertDrawTextToFly, but instead it
MungeTextIntoDrawBox.
