The DOCX problem has been solved by fixing Bug 121597 "FILESAVE DOCX: don't
export empty paragraphs at the place of removed paragraph blocks (change
tracking)". I close this issue as a duplicate of that bug, but please, reopen
it only for DOC, if really needed.
