@Daniel : please identify the version of macOS you are using.

Furthermore, did you temporarily unset the Gatekeeper setting in System
Settings > Security before attempting to install LibreOffice ?

You might try typing in, from a Terminal, the following :

 xattr -d com.apple.quarantine /Applications/LibreOffice.app/

and then try reinstalling the LibreOffice.app bundle again by drag and drop.
