In the attached document I used a bookmark and a local hyperlink to the
bookmark, not a cross-reference.
The steps are:
1) I insert the bookmark to a random page (in this case, the first one)
2) I open the page header and insert a Text box anchored to the header's
paragraph. The reason I use a Text box is because I can rotate it to have a
vertical text on the right side of the page, emulating a tab.
3) I click inside the Text box and then I go to the "Insert" menu -> Hyperlink
4) I choose the above mentioned bookmark and set a custom text (in my case
"ClickMe").
If there's any other (working) way to emulate tabs, I'd appreciate some hints.
