In the first window gtk_kde5, in the second window it's kde4.
The first app is install from repository, the second from
https://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/pre-releases/rpm/x86_64/LibreOffice_6.1.3.1_Linux_x86-64_rpm.tar.gzI
think it should be kde5, not kde4.
