Note the following discrepancies:
- the line "IJKL:" becomes "1IJKL:"
- the numbers 0 and 1 appear above and below the line "1.1.2 FGHIJ"
Observed using LO 6.2.0.0.alpha0+ (2018-09-22,
8b1501d80dc9d3f42c351c6e026fa737e116cae5) & 3.3.0 / Windows 7.
