This problem appears EVERY time I restart or shutdown Windows 7. It appeared in
several versions in a role. Today I have upgraded to 6.1.2.1 and problem
persists, that is why I added the comment.
In my case, after Windows Shutdown/Restart:
Dialog title: DDE Server Windows: soffice.bin - Application Error
Dialog body: The exception unknown software exception (0x40000015) occurred in
the application at location 0xf9c3eacf. Click on OK to terminate the program.
