In former versions, e.g LO 4.5, when changing the palette with "Load", the
Color Bar was adapted. With the new dialog "Load" was removed and the drop-down
list was introduced. It seems, that it has been overseen, that the Color Bar
needs to be updated.
It is more a regression than an enhancement request.
