Appears to be fixed
Just tried on a clean install of windows 10.
Java 8 Update 181 (64 bit) installed first.
Then installed LO Version: 6.1.1.2 (x64)
Build ID: 5d19a1bfa650b796764388cd8b33a5af1f5baa1b
When opening Tools->Options->Advanced, the JRE was already selected, so the DB
worked straight away.
