Get Sysinternals Suite from https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/
Put it to some path-to-Sysinternals folder
Run 32-bit LO
Open Command Prompt
type (replacing path) path-to-Sysinternals\procdump.exe soffice.bin -h
path-to-put\soffice.bin.dmp
You'll see dump and get soffice.bin.dmp file.
