The Sheet Tab Color dialog is opened from the menubar Sheet -> Sheet Tab
Color... or from the context menu -> Tab Color... of an active Sheet tab.
The color palette presented is the LibreOffice palette with no ability to
change to another palette, or set a custom color with the picker.
