Hi Michele,
it's not clear for me:
a) Do you think it is a bug? So please provide some steps how to reproduc it.
b) Do you need help to solve the problem with field error messages? In this
case you should have a look at chaper 17 of the writer guide (working with
fields): https://documentation.libreoffice.org/en/english-documentation/writer/
Personally I can't see that there is a bug.
