Description:
When you click on "Sheet -> Right-To-Left", all borders settings will be
automatiacally deleted and borders won't work no matter what you do.
When returning it to Left-To-Right, it does work.
Hope this feedback will help to make LibreOffice better.

Additional Info:
I tried with OpenGL and without. Both doesn't change the results.
