I can reproduce this bug in LibreOffice 6.0.1 and 5.4.5. The bug only occurs
when you flip the image. If you rotate the image, anything is correct. But this
workaround only works flipping vertically.
The preview in the print dialog is also wrong (even without the 2 pages per
sheet).
