Description:
Loading a Word document with paragraph numbers 1 to 15 results in paragraph
numbers 1,1,2 and 1 to 12 being displayed.
The problem is apparent in V3.x to V6.x on both Windoze and Linux (Mint).
This is bug 106063 which was reported and confirmed 17/02/2017.
This is the only issue that is preventing me dumping Windoze completely!

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Load Microsoft Word document

Actual Results:  
Document loads but paragraph numbers are wrong.

Expected Results:
Paragraph numbers should be the same as displayed in Word. It is not easy to
correct the numbering without reformating the whole document.


Reproducible: Always
