Flip uno commands (.uno:FlipVertical, .uno:FlipHorizontal) and rotation uno
commands (.uno:ToggleObjectRotateMode, .uno:RotateLeft, .uno:RotateRight,
.uno:Rotate180, .uno:RotateReset) should work in Writer on OLE Objects as they
do in other modules and for images in Writer.
