That rework seems reasonable, but please consider the a11y requirements in
this.
Have to be sure the "Label"/"TooltipLabel" (or the correct descriptive entry
from local help) appropriate for the action gets consistently assigned to
respond when our Assistive Technology (AT) accessibility support is enabled.
Would a more verbose "AccessibilityLabel" (merging the label/tooltiplabel with
the extended description from the help article) over improved consistency
rendering the UI for AT?
